Alleged Elder-Targeting Serial Killer Identified, and He's in the US Illegally

Share

Though most Democrats look the other way when the subject is mentioned, America’s immigration system is broken at almost every level. Because of that, we’re seeing more cases of violent, illegal immigrants carrying out horrific acts against United States citizens.

The latest example involves an especially disturbing man by the name of Billy Chemirmir, a 46-year-old former healthcare worker living and working inside the United States illegally.

Chemirmir is originally from Kenya, which highlights the fact that our immigration problems are far more wide-ranging than just illegals coming across the border from Mexico.

According to the Associated Press, Chemirmir was recently charged — once again — for an unspeakable string of murders, on top of the ones he’d already been charged with the previous year that targeted one of our country’s most vulnerable populations — elderly women. He was also charged for being in the country illegally.

“Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94,” the AP report read.

“Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records,” the report added.

The Daily Caller, who said this “could be one of the most prolific serial slayings in American history,” reported that Chemimir used his experience as a healthcare worker to target and murder elderly women by smothering them with a pillow. After killing them, he robbed them of jewelry and other valuables.

His murderous spree is so alarming that authorities think there could be more victims. Investigators are reviewing a staggering 750 cases of unattended deaths of elderly women, searching for any links back to Chemirmir.

Chemirmir’s horrifying serial murders, in addition to countless instances over the years of illegals murdering Americans, is why there’s been such a loud call — mostly from the GOP side of the political aisle — to reform our immigration laws. At the very least, we need to aggressively enforce the ones already in the books.

Do you think the US has an immigration problem?

But the politics surrounding the issue are so toxic that they even filter down to the liberal mainstream media, who seem to always be hesitant — to say the least — about reporting violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants. An NBC report on the murderer made zero mention of his illegal status.

Ryan Saavedra from the The Daily Wire noted in a tweet that CNN didn’t even bother to cover the story — which is odd given the fact that serial killers — especially ones with higher body counts —  typically get priority coverage everywhere.

I wish I could say I was surprised that CNN failed to report the story, but that wouldn’t be truthful at this point.

Whether it’s an illegal border crossing, a visa overstay or another odd glitch in the system, it’s absolutely unacceptable that Americans are dying at the hands of people who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.

The number of “angel families” in America is rapidly growing far too large and unless something is done to stop this national emergency, it’s going to get much worse. We can only hope and pray that in the near future, lawmakers put politics aside and get this fixed.
