For the second year in a row, Antarctic sea ice has grown to record levels, baffling those scientists who were sure there wouldn’t be any ice caps by the year 2012.
The Washington Post reported that the ice was at levels not seen since record keeping began.
“On Saturday, the ice extent reached 19.51 million square kilometers, according to data posted on the National Snow and Ice Data Center Web site. That number bested record high levels set earlier this month and in 2012 (of 19.48 million square kilometers). Records date back to October 1978,” reported The Post.

Scientists who have been reporting the earth getting warmer and a global apocalypse right around the corner have so far been been unable to explain this.
“Why would sea ice be increasing? Although the rate of increase is small, it is a puzzle to scientists,” asked Jinlun Zhang, a University of Washington scientist.
But of course, scientists are certain that this trend will be reversed and the ice caps will melt, just like they were certain that New York City would be underwater by now.

“If the warming continues, at some point the trend will reverse,” said Zhang.
It must be really tough for scientists to have to admit that they actually have no idea what they are talking about. All their fancy computers and their doomsday models are wrong.
For years we have had to put up with countless elites lecturing us on how the oceans are rising and soon we will all pay the price for burning coal.
We are always told that scientists know what they are talking about and to ignore them is to ignore reason. Turns out these scientists don’t know what they are talking about.
Of course these are the same geniuses who can’t figure out if it’s going to rain tomorrow, so why we’d expect them to do any better predicting the weather for 20 years from now is a mystery in itself.
