They're 'Calling Me Little Hitler' Says Sweet 7-Year-Old Selling Cocoa To Support the Wall

Share

What do a hot cocoa stand and the systematic slaughter of six million Jews have in common?

If you answered “nothing,” then congratulations: you’re not an absolute lunatic. Unfortunately for one 7-year-old boy in Austin, Texas, not everyone has that same answer.

As CBS Austin reports, young Benton Stevens was inspired to begin selling hot chocolate to help pay for the wall on the United States’ southern border after watching the State of the Union and attending the inauguration of President Donald Trump.

Benton’s parents, Shane and Jennifer Stevens, credit their son’s conservative activism to dinner table talks.

The hot cocoa stand idea evolved from these talks, and before long Benton had one set up at a local strip mall. He’s already raised over $1,000.

It didn’t take long for the liberal hate to roll in. Benton’s dad understands the reality of discussing politics today, and thinks his son can learn a lesson from others’ anger.

Instead of turning to the court system or law enforcement, Shane Stevens instead says his son “needs to learn that there’s going to be a little backlash.”

A conservative teaching his children that people have different opinions — and may not be nice about sharing them sometimes — isn’t something you’ll see on CNN.

“Some people were mad and calling me a ‘little Hitler’ and stuff,” Benton said. “And some people were really happy.”

Do you think this little boy has done anything to deserve being called "little Hitler?"

On the surface, a 7-year-old boy selling hot drinks and the man who started the deadliest military conflict in human history don’t appear to have much in common. For liberals with a tenuous grasp on reality, however, it’s obviously a different story.

The young entrepreneur reportedly gives customers a choice that’s virtually guaranteed to anger liberals even more.

According to a Twitter post, Benton offers “Pelosi marshmallows.” This is capitalism at its finest, folks.

Conservatives on Twitter quickly jumped to support young Benton.

Thankfully, it looks like it’s going to take more than a few mean words to discourage this young conservative from achieving his goal.

After raising the money, Benton plans on either sending it to Washington, D.C., or handing it to President Trump himself.
