A jewelry company, Lady Grey, grossly dropped any hint of professionalism in its transaction with GOP nominee Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump.
Ivanka, who had just purchased an $84 pair of Helix ear cuffs, received a note from the two designers of the company informing her that her purchase proceeds were being donated to the American Immigration Council, the Everytown for Gun Safety organization, and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
But don’t worry — it’s OK, because liberals get to do this because the Trumps are gross.

Here’s the note:
“Thank you so much for your web order,” the note began. “We’re happy to let you know that the proceeds of your sale have been generously donated to the American Immigration Council, the Everytown for Gun Safety Organization, and the Hillary Clinton campaign. We hope you enjoy your new Lady Grey (Helix Ear Cuff).”
And if that’s not the most passive-aggressive garbage you’ve read today, you’ve spent too much time on the internet already. Go outside.
Not only did they send that to Ivanka, but they published it on Twitter and Instagram for the public to see.
Regardless, it’s not getting the feedback Lady Grey hoped for; because, well, most people aren’t as tacky as designers Jill Martinelli and Sabine Le Guyader.
One Instagram user said: “It IS very passive aggressive and catty. Just donate the purchase money and be done with it. This post was done for no other reason than publicity at the cost of a paying customer, that’s bad business anywhere no matter what their beliefs.”
We couldn’t agree more.
