One of Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s favorite ways to attack GOP nominee Donald Trump has been to target Trump’s behavior as an employer.
However, she might have a harder time with that now, what with the discovery of some postings by supposed former Clinton Foundation workers on the recruiting site Glassdoor, where prospective employees can scope out companies and former employees can give reviews of companies for which they have worked.
The reviews of the Clinton Foundation were less than favorable.

Heat Street collected a couple of screenshots by alleged former employees writing about their experience at the foundation, and it wasn’t a pretty sight. Among other things, the Clinton Foundation was said to have a “toxic culture.”
One supposed employee denounced the organization as a “revolving door of political surrogates as senior managers who are disorganized and unprofessional.”

This employee’s advice to management?
“Decouple the work from electoral politics. Hire competitively on merit, not on previous service to the Clintons.”
There is one issue with these reviews: Because of their anonymous nature, it’s very difficult to verify whether these posts were from actual former Clinton Foundation workers.
However, if these posts were from bona fide former employees, they were very revealing of a foundation that has been under constant scrutiny over the course of the presidential campaign.
Although the second post took a different tack, it was no less revealing.

This reviewer had a very high opinion of the vision of the Clinton Foundation — but didn’t think the “charity” had the resources or organization to accomplish said vision.
This reviewer included complaints about the treatment of mid-level and lower-level employees, saying that “interns/volunteers (are) allowed way too much responsibility.” There was also a complaint about low salaries.
If one takes the reviews in combination, one might surmise that the mid- to low-level employees are being given too much responsibility because the senior management is disorganized and unprofessional.

Perhaps Clinton should see to her own staff before she goes on the offensive against Trump‘s treatment of his.
