A Year After Hillary Defines “Threat to Democracy,” She Falls for Her Own Trap

A little more than a year after former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tried to pin President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy, Clinton has been caught red-handed doing the exact same thing she condemned.

In October 2016, Clinton tweeted this:

She lashed out at President Donald Trump for not giving a straightforward answer when asked if he would honor the legitimacy of the election if it didn’t go his way.

“I will keep you in suspense,” was his answer, according to The Washington Post.

Clinton’s response was strong:

Now, around a year after the election, Clinton’s high horse evaporated right from under her. In an interview with Mother Jones, she made a starkly contradictory statement to her earlier claims.

“There are lots of questions about (the election’s) legitimacy,” she said.

Take a look at the interview with Mother Jones below:

Once again, we see Clinton’s complete abandonment of anything approaching principles in the pursuit of what she treasures most:

Furthering her political power.

Among liberal voters who have suffered a complete loss of memory from last year’s race, Clinton remains a political force unto herself.

For anyone else — on the left or the right, she’s just adding nails to an already-secure political coffin.
