Kamala Comment Caught on Video Proves Some Dems Openly Pushing Social Engineering
The new Democratic Party now believes in openly saying what many conservatives suspected about them for years.
We have Democrats who, if not calling themselves “socialists,” are wondering why the label is such a bad thing. We have Democratic presidential candidates openly pushing for reparations for slavery. And now we have one who’s even embracing social engineering.
The candidate in question is Sen. Kamala Harris of California. During a campaign whistle-stop in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, last week, Harris openly talked of changing human behavior — with, one would assume, the help of the government.
The footage came as Harris was discussing energy and global warming policy:
“It is a fact that we can change human behaviors without much change to our lifestyle and we can save the future generations of our country and this world.”

“It is a fact that we can change human behaviors without much change to our lifestyle, and we can save the future generations of our country and this world,” Harris said.
“But there has been a failure to do that, because this administration and the people who are a part of it are in the pockets of Big Oil and are denying what we know is reality around greenhouse gas emissions and what we need to do to curb those, what we need to do to focus on the fact that water is a precious resource.
“And we can be smarter about policy that is also about creating jobs, to invest in renewable energy,” she added. “Solar, wind turbines, all of that.”
Nobody wants to encourage wastefulness when it comes to resources. That being said, when politicians say that it’s “a fact that we can change human behaviors without much change to our lifestyle,” one can safely assume they’re talking about using the government to change said behaviors. That’s social engineering.
This was, obviously, the major takeaway from Harris’ speech.

And that should be your takeaway: Kamala Harris wants the government to tell you what to do.
For all the airy-fairy talk of environment-saving and how painless this will all be, I guarantee you that it won’t be so painless if you’re one of the individuals who doesn’t want to change their behavior.
There’s an element of this — more than just an element, really — of someone who despises the idea that you should be able to live your life as you see fit.
To Sen. Harris, we all need to be awakened to what correct behavior is — and that means fundamentally changing people’s behavior.
If you’re not worried, you should be. I doubt she’s the only 2020 challenger who feels this way.
