The Granite State’s military engagement rank is well below average, but its civic engagement rank is in the top five in the nation (they take that first-in-the-nation primary stuff pretty seriously). According to WalletHub, the state had the fourth-highest percentage of adults vote at the 2016 election, and although we can’t be happy that the state went blue in 2016, we can be satisfied by American citizens doing their civic duty.
