Last Friday, the Department of Defense issued its official implementation guide for transgender soldiers, sailors, Marines and airmen.
The beginning chapter was entitled “The Basics,” and included information about transgenderism and dysphoria, the difference between gender and sex, and other “basics.”
“Every person has the right to have their gender identity recognized and respected, and all service members who receive a diagnosis that gender transition is medically necessary will be provided with support and management to transition, within the bounds of military readiness,” it read, according to The Weekly Standard.

Other chapters included information for service members such as “In-Service Transition,” “Communication,” “Finding a Mentor” and “Considerations.”
Chapters written for commanders included “The Commander’s Impact” and “Tips for Commanders.”
In other words — because the armed forces are now to provide gender transition for service members, your tax dollars are being dedicated to covering the cost of gender re-assignment counseling and surgery.

“One should also bear in mind that there is a physical readiness test required post-transition,” Eric Pahon told The Weekly Standard.
“This is noteworthy because the standard physical readiness test, or PRT, demands slightly different levels of rigor for men and women,” The Weekly Standard explained. “There is, as yet, no standard assessment of psychological fitness for transgender service members.”
Meanwhile, new recruits hoping to enlist who have suffered from depression at any point in their life have to get a waiver to serve their country, but if you’re unsure whether you should be a man or a woman? No problem.
Insane.
