Philly Construction Worker Clashes With Antifa Marchers

A Philadelphia construction worker is going viral after a coarse, profanity-filled tirade at a group of antifa thugs who were demonstrating for May Day.

According to the Philly Voice, the incident happened in Center City as the antifa group — so named because they describe themselves as “anti-fascists,” which means violently opposing anyone to the right of Harold Zinn — was parading about on Tuesday.

Police officers had to step in to separate the construction workers from the antifa demonstrators, who visibly outnumbered the man but apparently didn’t want to go in with them the same way they have with other conservatives.

“P*****s! You’re f***ing communists! You’re the f***ing fascists!” the unidentified construction worker yelled at the group, looking like he would have done more than yell had someone — presumably a law enforcement officer — not intervened.

“Oh, now you’re gonna talk s***. Now you’re gonna talk s*** ’cause the cops are here? You fucking p*****s …” he continued.

One man began to separate them and the construction worker shook his hand. “Somebody’s gotta stand up to them, though,” the worker said.

We don’t condone anyone going on a verbal tirade against anyone else — no one is ever going to be persuaded that way — but we do understand enmity towards the antifa thugs. After all, these are the individuals who have made a sport out of assaulting people they don’t agree with.

The most infamous instance, of course, is probably white nationalist Richard Spencer, who got punched in the face on video by an antifa thug. Spencer’s a pretty vile waste of carbon — but even then, punching him is the tactic of fascists, not anti-fascists.

The thing is, most of antifa’s targets aren’t vile at all. They’re simply Trump supporters who get pepper-sprayed or hit with a bike lock upside the head because they wanted to exercise their freedom of speech and assembly. This is literal fascist tactics parading under the guise of anti-fascism.

This man got angry and decided to fight back. We don’t necessarily agree with his tactics, but it demonstrated that these protesters are definitely better at dishing it out than at taking it.
