Three suicide bombers just attacked an airport in Istanbul’s Ataturk airport. There were at least 28 deaths and over 60 persons wounded, according to initial reports.
A heroic policeman ran at one of the bombers and took him to the ground only moments before the bomber set off his explosives. The footage below shows the unbelievable and tragic altercation.

The video showed the brief altercation, with the officer firing several rounds at the attacker before running to escape the blast.
After the blast, it appeared that a severed limb of the attacker was propelled across the floor.
Per the report from the Daily Mail, the bombers were attempting to bypass the airport x-ray machines when they were spotted by guards. They immediately ran and detonated their deadly explosives.
The attacks occurred at approximately 7:50 pm GMT.
Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag confirmed the attack: “A terrorist at the international terminal entrance first opened fire with a Kalashnikov and then blew himself up.”
The scene after the attack was one of devastation and chaos. Police immediately began evacuation of the airport.

If this is in fact another attack by the radical militants of the Islamic State group, it underlines that they are systematically coming after infrastructure and modes of transportation.
We need a leader who can protect our nation from the enemy. Not one who can barely say the name of the enemy.
