A North Carolina GOP headquarters office was firebombed this weekend, with the perpetrators having reportedly thrown a Molotov cocktail through the building’s window, causing the furniture, supplies and pro-Trump signs inside to burst into flames.
The perpetrators also spray-painted a disturbing message on the outside of the facility that read, “Nazi Republicans leave town or else.”
Included in the disturbing message was a swastika.

Responding to the firebombing, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory, a Republican, called it “an attack on our democracy” and pledged to “use every resource as governor to assist authorities in this investigation,” according to the Charlotte Observer.
GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump also responded to the firebombing, though with a far more accusatory tone.
“Animals representing Hillary Clinton and Dems in North Carolina just firebombed our office in Orange County because we are winning,” he wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
About five minutes later, he added another posting, this one reassuring supporters that everybody was “safe” in Orange County and urging them to “never forget” what just happened.
ALL SAFE IN ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. With you all the way, will never forget. Now we have to win. Proud of you all! @NCGOP

The liberal media have tried this election season to manipulate Trump’s campaign speeches to portray him as an instigator of violence, but whenever serious violence has broken out, it has almost invariably been traced back to Democrats.
In June, they pelted Trump’s supporters with eggs and bottles. In July, they attacked police with squirt guns and balloons filled with urine and feces. And in August, they surrounded Trump’s supporters and besieged them with both obscenities and debris — and these are just a few examples.
Whenever attacks like these occur, the media hurry into blackout mode. Whereas anytime Trump says something questionable, they fall all over themselves to equate him with historical fascists and dictators such as Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin.
It seems odd and ironic, since fascists and dictators were the ones who believed in using violence and intimidation to achieve their desired results.
Regardless, even if the perpetrators of this firebombing are eventually identified as Democrats, chances are the story will be buried in the dirt.
