Could this be the last straw for raging leftists?

Democrats have been concerned enough about the mere possibility of President Donald Trump getting re-elected, thanks in part to substantial fundraising that has fattened his coffers, The New York Times reported.

But now, never-Trumpers and their ilk must turn their attention back to a more serious matter: plastic straws.

With talk of impeachment raging like a fever among those on the left and Trump being accused of writing racist tweets, the revelation that he’s sold 140,000 plastic drinking instruments could be the straw that broke Kamala Harris’ back.

Those sales figures must gnaw at California’s own Rep. Maxine Waters, the human blast furnace whose voice arouses envy for deaf people.

Parscale put his own twist on Trump’s ubiquitous “Make America Great Again” slogan with another tweet.

If nothing else, it’s amusing to watch the president beat the radical environmentalist Democrats at their own game. They must suck up the fact Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have raised upward of $200,000 in the bargain.

Are you going to buy Trump-Pence straws?

Even if the Democrats’ panoply of 2020 would-be presidential opponents think Trump’s endeavor with straws is just blowing hot air, the sales continue.

Don’t be surprised if greedy members of the quicksilver left soon look at plastic straws in a whole new light and notice dollar signs instead.
