A Vote for Dems Is a Vote for Their Friend Leading 'Death to Israel, America' Chant

Share

I’m not one to over-sensationalize things, but the hotly contested 2018 midterm elections could be a veritable battle for America’s soul.

Look, neither the Republican nor Democratic parties are perfect. Nobody is perfect and no group should ever be above reproach.

But while Republicans are working through those imperfections to better this amazing country, Democrats seem perfectly content with their imperfections.

Case in point, only one of these parties is affiliated with someone who literally wants America to die. And it’s not the Republican Party.

Noted anti-Semite, Nation of Islam leader and Democratic friend Louis Farrakhan deservedly came under fire this week when reports surfaced that he led an anti-American and anti-Israel chant while speaking in Iran.

According to the Algemeiner Journal, which cited the Iranian news agency Tasmin, Farrakhan was on a visit to Iran on Sunday that included a speech at the University of Tehran Law School.

“At the end of his talk, Farrakhan led the chanting of the common Iranian refrains ‘Death to Israel’ and ‘Death to America,’ and was joined by members of the audience,” the Algemeiner reported.

The exchange took place in Farsi, the language of Iran.

The condemnation was swift and damning, as it should be, across social media.

Some even compared Farrakhan to despicable white supremacist David Duke.

The thing is, words cannot even begin to do enough to condemn the vile and horrific message that Farrakhan is peddling. The far left has tried to subvert Farrakhan’s blatant villainy by claiming he supported Trump’s presidency. The Washington Post reported last year that Farrakhan had said God had chosen Trump for the presidency.

Has the mainstream media covered up the Democratic Party's ties to Louis Farrakhan?

Leftists are missing the point. It’s irrelevant whom Farrakhan supported to be president. As pathetic a human being as Farrakhan is, he’s certainly entitled to endorse whomever he pleases. Nobody can change his mind, and it is what it is.

The real point is that while Farrakhan can choose whomever he wants to support, Democrats have chosen to support Farrakhan and his abhorrent rhetoric. Democrats are ones who’ve placed him on some sort of sick pedestal and given his words credence.

Those are the Democrats the media have been glorifying all through this election season, whether it’s Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke in Texas or Arizona’s Kyrsten Sinema or virtually any candidate running under the banner of the party devoted to “resistance” against the Trump administration.

Please remember that when voting during these midterms. A vote for Democrats is tacit approval of the garbage Farrakhan is spewing.

If that’s not a battle for America’s soul, nothing is.
