Despite his dominance in this year’s Republican primaries, many Americans — especially Republicans — may be reticent and reluctant to vote for the billionaire-turned- presumed Republican presidential nominee.
But not Mike Huckabee. The former Arkansas governor, former Baptist minister, and former presidential candidate has come out for Trump in a big way.
Huckabee announced his full support and endorsement of Trump in a Tweet.

The former governor’s tweet linked to a statement he made which covered the early beginnings of the race, right up to Sen. Ted Cruz’s defeat in Indiana this week. Huckabee stated the people have spoken and have chosen an outsider to represent the GOP in the race for the presidency.
And he had some harsh words for the anti-Trump campaign #nevertrump.

“Donald Trump broke the code, owned the media, and inspired the masses,” Huckabee said. “I will be all in to help him defeat Hillary Clinton and I call upon all fellow Republicans to unite in defeating Hillary and abandoning and repudiating the hapless ‘Never Trump” nonsense.'”
Calling a Clinton election an “Obama third term,” Huckabee encouraged conservatives alike to put away their religious and political differences to unite under Trump’s campaign to take back the White House for the Republicans.
“It’s time to end the strife in the party,” he wrote. “That can start today with our unifying around the people’s choice, Donald Trump. I’m convinced that Donald Trump is our best hope of turning the tide of the insider political nonsense that has left people seething and being able to defeat Hillary.”
