Mother Blown Away After Finding Son Praying Under Missing Children Sign at Walmart
Every mother experiences that sheer moment of terror when they are walking through a store and look down to ensure their child is nearby only to find them missing in action.
My mom, for example, had three kids to keep track of, and I can’t even imagine what it was like trying to make sure we had not wandered off.
The heart-stopping feeling of not knowing where your child is can be stressful, especially in large stores such as Walmart.
One mother was shopping at Walmart and had that sinking feeling that her son was not nearby.
She turned around to look for him and found him in an unexpected place.
Her son was at the front entrance of the store, kneeling in front of the missing children sign, praying.
This young boy’s heart of gold has melted hearts everywhere and the picture has recently begun to circulate again, months after it was posted by a Texas radio station in July 2017.
KVNE’s caption for the picture read: “I had to run into Walmart. I turned around to make sure my son was next to me. Instead of finding him by my side I found him kneeling in front of the missing children board praying.”
People on social media have praised this young boy for his bravery and inspiration for people to be open about their faith.
A Facebook page called Bring Aubrey Home also shared the photo because Aubrey Jayce Carroll is on that missing children board.
Carroll has been missing since May of 2016. Hopefully, the prayers of this young boy will help Carroll, and all the other children like him, be found.
This mother has done a wonderful job raising her young son to be kind and turn to God in times of trouble.
We are truly inspired by the actions of this little boy, and pray that this image touches hearts around the world.
