Dad Builds Mind-Blowing Disney Themed Bedroom for Young Daughter

Share

Parents often try to do special things for their children. Some people really go all-out, while others keep it a little more simple.

Budget can also be a component, but creativity can go a long way to make up for limited finances.

When it comes to decorating a child’s room, animals, sports, flowers, and superheroes have all been commonly used.

One dad, Lyle Coram, wanted to do something extra special for his daughter.

He let his creative side run wild and came up with something amazing that is generating “oohs” and “ahhhs” all over the internet.

He decided to created a Disney themed bedroom for her. AtmosFX shared some of the details:

“Lyle painted the ceiling blue and added clouds for detail. For the stars, he used fiber optics that are pushed through the ceiling. He even added RGB L.E.D. strips to the crown moldings.”

But Coram wasn’t done there. He noted on Facebook that he hit a roadblock when it came to a special feature he wanted to create.

He wanted to have a video of fireworks projected onto the ceiling. And it was an AtmosFX product that saved the day.

Coram explained, “I’ve been looking for a fireworks display that was always in frame for a long time for my daughters room and the whole time AtmosFX had it in their Celebration Party Time download. I used it with a ultra short throw projector on a shelf and the AtmosFX media player.”

The room is definitely filled with fun items. Many are Disney themed, such as a child-sized princess castle and a variety of toys.

There is also an over-sized gumball machine and a large dollhouse in the room. It is a fantasy-come-true for many little girls.

Coram had previously gotten the attention of AtmosFX and their “Freak of the Week” honor.
