Raw Footage Shows Horrific Moment Woman Stops Man from Diving In Front of Train
In today’s fast-paced society, it’s difficult to remember to slow down and notice other people around us.
Because one woman took a second to notice a stranger on a train platform, she was able to save his life.
When she and her partner passed a man, she couldn’t help but notice him.
He was obviously distressed, yelling at someone over the phone.
As the woman passed, her intuition told her something wasn’t right. She knew she couldn’t just pass by.
When the stranger threw the phone at the station wall in frustration, the woman alerted her partner before turning back to check on him.
As she approached the man who was now crouched on the ground, a train began to approach the station.
In an act of desperation, the man started to run toward the tracks to attempt to take his own life.
Thankfully, the woman was close enough to him to be able to grab him and throw him back onto the platform.
They both narrowly escaped the train’s impact.
Thanks to this woman’s quick thinking and refusal to ignore an upset stranger, his life was saved.
This heroic woman not only noticed him, but cared enough to reach out and check in.
The outcome may have been much grimmer if she hadn’t.
This video is a great reminder to take a second, slow down, and notice those around us.
