Soldier Knocks Out Girlfriend with Punches. Dumps 6-Mo-Old Son on Side of Road

Share

A woman was being driven home by her 24-year-old soldier boyfriend when they began arguing about him cheating on her.

The man, identified as Tracy Darnell Brown, was bringing her and her baby back to her home around 11 p.m. on Feb. 26.

While still driving, Brown suddenly became very violent, threatening to kill his girlfriend before he began to punch her in the head until she blacked out.

When she finally woke up again, Brown and her baby were gone. But not long after, Brown returned, the baby still nowhere to be found.

When she frantically asked where the baby was, he told her “he didn’t care” about the baby.

But as she tried to get out of the car to search, Brown pulled her hair tightly and started to drive.

Eventually, his girlfriend’s struggling ripped out her hair extension, and she jumped from the moving car.

Miraculously, a police sergeant was driving by and she was able to flag him down. She explained that her boyfriend had kidnapped her baby and attempted to kill her.

The police sergeant immediately took off on the chase, attempting to pull Brown over once he reached him.

But the soldier continued to speed away, reaching up to 130 mph before he crashed into a barrier. He quickly took off on foot.

Police K9s were unable to locate Brown that night, but the following day, police found and arrested him near his wrecked car.

When questioned by detectives, Brown blamed his anger management issues and said he didn’t remember much of the night other than hurting his girlfriend.

According to the charges, he “also told police that he deserved the death penalty or he deserved to be locked up for a long time.”

Once the sergeant left her the night before, Brown’s girlfriend was able to track down a ride to the place her boyfriend had parked when he assaulted her.

Miraculously, she found her baby there on the side of the road in a diaper, unharmed. Other than a bit of road rash on his head, he is okay.

Thankfully, someone was watching over them that night, leaving mom and baby to make full recoveries.
