“Thank you for your healing prayers and love for Beth during this difficult time,” Dog Chapman wrote on Facebook in 2017 shortly after the diagnosis was made public.

A tumor was removed from Beth’s throat, but in 2018 her cancer returned. The news was incredibly heartbreaking for the Chapman family. Even so, Beth remained strong and hopeful through it all.

Dog may look intimidating, but when it came to the idea of losing his beloved wife, the TV star admitted he shed a few tears.

“My baby has cancer and she is fighting like hell,” Dog Chapman told the Daily Mail. “I have cried a lot over this because Beth is my everything. Despite all of the obstacles I have overcome, this is by far the biggest test of my life and mark my words, I will not let her die. She is my rock and my bodyguard.
