Instead of Getting Angry, Woman Gets Out of Car & Starts Dancing During Traffic Jam

Share

We’ve all heard the old saying, “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade!” Of course, some lemons are harder to squeeze than others and sometimes we can’t find the sugar in the sour.

But one woman has gone completely viral after showing the internet that even a traffic jam can be fun. A traffic jam? Yes. This is not a joke.

Lisa Smoot is the hilarious personality behind “Life with Lisa Smoot.” Her Facebook page has over 15,000 likes to date.

When you get to know Lisa a little, it’s clear to see why her following is growing. A gal with a flair for random dance parties and quirky comments, Lisa appears to be the life of the party.

She lives with her husband Lee in Nashville, Tennessee. Lee is a photographer and the man behind the camera in Lisa’s videos.

A recent video of Lisa that Lee posted to Facebook has gone viral. When you watch it, you won’t question why.

“She warned everyone. So here it is,” Lee wrote in his caption on Facebook. “Warned” is right. Consider this your warning — this video may cause you to get up and dance no matter where you are.

“Traffic at a complete stop on I-65, and Lisa is dancing between cars,” Lee’s caption continues. Her moves to Meghan Trainor’s “Me Too” are solid.

You have to wonder what the passengers in the other cars are thinking. But, more importantly, why didn’t anyone get out and dance with her?

Lisa, if I had been there I would have joined you in a dance off. “What’s next?” she asks at the end of the clip.

Hopefully a lot more videos come next, because I can’t get enough of this one. Her spice for life is infectious.

I wish she’d come over and clean my house! We wouldn’t get much done, but we’d certainly have a grand time doing nothing.

Lisa’s positivity is inspiring. The next time you’re in a traffic jam, remember this woman’s outlook. Crank up the radio, roll down the windows, throw out that negativity, and get your groovy moves on.
