Mom Records at Perfect Moment, Captures Horse Falling Asleep on Daughter

Share

Horses are some of the world’s strongest, most elegant creatures.

As children, we often complained to our parents about how much we wanted a pony. We wanted to be able to say that we owned a creature so graceful and beautiful.

Horses are some of the gentlest creatures — some would say they even have souls so evident that they can be seen through their eyes.

These benevolent creatures build indestructible relationships with their favorite humans. The bonds they build are powerful and immensely adorable.

The personalities of horses can often leave us in tears of laughter, too. Take these motorists who caught a horse entertaining himself on a highway excursion, for example.

When the motorists passed by the truck pulling a trailer of horses, the truck was blasting a Randy Travis song. One horse immediately began head-banging to the catchy tune.

Horses can also be some of the most dangerous creatures, however.

If you’ve owned a horse, you understand the risk of getting kicked in the legs when cleaning a horse’s hooves, or getting stepped on because you’re simply in the horse’s path.

It can even be more dangerous on the back of a horse with the risk of getting bucked or trampled.

But despite this danger, horses are incredibly sweet creatures, full of sass and personality, especially if you stay in their good graces.

One little girl named Mia was most certainly in a horse’s good graces when the horse just simply fell asleep on the girl, cuddling with her.

In a video shared by Animal Spirit on Facebook, Mia’s mom started recording right at the perfect moment.

A little girl is relaxing in the hay, when a horse rests his head in her lap, just sleeping peacefully.

She is unable to move under the weight of the sleeping horse’s head, but she joyfully allows the horse to rest.

“Look, he’s fallen asleep on you, Mia!” the mother said behind the camera.

Mia giggles in response and then replies, “Oh my goodness, he’s actually lying on me!”

I guess this horse found his new best friend! What an adorable video and friendship.
