NFL QB Accidentally Films Himself Appearing To Drive 105 MPH with No Seat Belt
We already know that Lamar Jackson is the fastest quarterback on the football field, and now it appears he might be the fastest off the field as well.
The Baltimore Ravens’ signal-caller posted a video of himself speeding down the highway at 105 mph, according to TMZ Sports.
That alone should be enough to worry the Ravens, but it’s what else Jackson was doing that likely earned him a phone call from the 410 area code.
In the video, you can see the seat belt light on the dashboard, indicating that Jackson wasn’t wearing one during the drive.
Jackson probably didn’t intend to show the world he was driving over 100 mph without a seat belt, but given that he has over 1 million followers on Instagram, someone was bound to notice.
The Ravens issued a statement about the TMZ report Wednesday.
“We are aware of the report and have addressed it,” the team said, according to WBAL-AM in Baltimore.

Jackson is the second Ravens player in two weeks to face controversy involving a vehicle.
On March 1, the team’s leader in rushing touchdowns, Alex Collins, was arrested after a car crash about a mile from the team’s facility.
Both marijuana and a handgun were found inside the vehicle, according to police, and once the Ravens learned of the details, they promptly cut Collins.
Besides these two events, the other headlines the team has made of late have been related to the comings and goings of players in free agency.
On the first official day of free agency Wednesday, the Ravens signed veteran running back Mark Ingram and safety Earl Thomas.

Even with those moves, Baltimore still has a lot of holes to fill after losing several players this offseason.
Longtime pass-rusher Terrell Suggs has left the team for the Arizona Cardinals, while safety Eric Weddle signed with the Los Angeles Rams.
Additionally, linebacker C.J. Mosley bolted for the New York Jets even though he said he was willing to take a discount to remain in Baltimore.
The Ravens will seemingly have revamped units on both sides of the ball, and coach Jim Harbaugh expects Jackson to progress as a passer in his second season.
“He’s going to work at it every hard,” Harbaugh said in January. “Who is he going to work with? That’s up to him to answer. I expect him to come back a better QB skill-wise than when he left.”
