Watch: CNN Analyst Falsely Claims Trump Is 'Always Attacking Black People'

Share

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin falsely accused President Donald Trump of “always attacking black people” in light of Trump’s negative comments about a CNN reporter.

On Friday, CNN’s “The Situation Room” was focused on Trump’s comments about CNN reporter Abby Phillip and CNN contributor April Ryan.

Speaking outside the White House on Friday, Trump said Ryan is a “loser” and added that “she is very nasty, and she shouldn’t be.”

Later, Trump blasted Phillip for a question about special counsel Robert Mueller.

“Do you want him (Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker) to reign in Robert Mueller?” Phillip asked.

“What a stupid question that is, what a stupid question,” Trump said, “But I watch you a lot, you ask a lot of stupid questions.”

Trump might have remembered that earlier this year, Phillip claimed the president had heart disease.

Of course, CNN took the opportunity to accuse Trump of racism.

Do you think Trump attacks his critics equally?

“What do all these people have in common?” Toobin said. “All black women. How about Don Lemon, how about LeBron James, how about the NFL football players? Constant attacks on black people.”

That’s not true. Trump attacks his critics equally. Wasn’t it CNN who made a big deal about Trump “attacking” CNN reporter Jim Acosta?

The amount of white men that Trump has criticized completely eclipses the amount of black women he has criticized.

For example, Trump has criticized CNN’s many white anchors, analysts and reporters in the past. Trump has been critical of Jim Acosta, Anderson Cooper, Chris Cuomo, Jake Tapper, John King, and the list goes on.

“Colin Kaepernick, I mean, let’s be honest here, there is also a huge racial dimension to this. The fact that the president is always attacking black people,” Toobin continued.

If there was a “racial element” to Trump’s attacks, would he have let Kanye West visit the Oval Office or held a conference for black conservatives in the White House?

In fact, it was the left-wing establishment media that relentlessly attacked West for his meeting with Trump.

The truth is that Trump doesn’t discriminate when he is critical of the dishonest establishment media.
