How do I get the ad-free* experience and manage my account information? Once you have completed purchasing a membership, you’ll be able to log in on all of your favorite devices. While reading TWJ, you will find the “Login” button on the header of each page (on mobile, this button can be found in the sections tab indicated by the “☰” icon). Login with your newly created credentials in order to get your new and improved TWJ reading experience. If you have already logged in, the “Login” button will now appear as “Manage.” Click the button to view your account, change your email address, update your payment method, change your password and update shipping information.

What do I do if I forget my membership password? While on The Western Journal, click the “Login” button found on the header of the page. Enter your email, then click “Forgot password” located underneath the area to enter your password. Click “Send Email” in order to receive a link to reset your membership password. After resetting, you can log in as normal.

How do I get the additional features that come with my membership? The ad-free* experience can be accessed by logging into your account while reading TWJ. If choosing an Editor’s Club Membership, be sure to add your shipping information so your physical items can be delivered. Investigative reports, newsroom quarterly meeting access and the invitation to the annual influencers conference will be shared with members via email.

What if I want to cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership to The Western Journal at any time. First, log in to your account. Next, click the “Manage” button on the header of the website to view your account information. Scroll down until you see “Western Journal – Manage.” Click “Manage,” then “Cancel Subscription.” The Western Journal has a 14-day money back guarantee policy. Once initiated, refunds will be reflected in the user’s account within 3-5 business days.

When should I expect to receive my TWJ-Branded Coffee Mug? Because these custom mugs are available ONLY to subscribers, please allow 1-2 months for production as they are made to order. Once we receive your mug, we will ship it to you the next business day via USPS, which generally takes 5-10 days depending on location.

How can I update my payment info? First, log in to your ad-free* account. Once logged in, there will be a “Manage” button on the header of On mobile, this button can be found within the section tab, indicated by the “☰” icon. There, you will be able to view your account, change your email address, update your payment method, change your password and update shipping information.

I already have a login for commenting on articles. Do I need to create another account to purchase an ad-free* membership? Yes. Unfortunately, the login you use to comment on articles is separate from the ad-free* membership login. To purchase a new ad-free* membership, you will need to create an account to complete the transaction. You can still sign up for our commenting widget without having to purchase a membership. We are working with Admiral to integrate both logins into a single universal login. In the meantime, these services function independently from each other. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make improvements.
