Kyle Kashuv Teaches Whiny Leftists What 'Stand Your Ground' Really Means

Someone much smarter than me once said that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

In the wake of the leftist lunacy over gun ownership rights, some truly nauseating figures have arisen to run with that narrative — none, perhaps, more nauseating than Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor David Hogg. Despite being smacked down time and time again, Hogg has been a prevalent thorn in the sides of any law-abiding American who happens to own guns.

But as abjectly awful as Hogg has proven himself to be, the silver lining of his rise to prominence is the equal and opposite voices that have emerged to counteract Hogg’s drivel. One such voice belongs to Hogg’s schoolmate Kyle Kashuv.

Kashuv has been a vocal critic of Hogg’s anti-Second Amendment nonsense. Granted, it doesn’t take much to disprove Hogg, but Kashuv still does an excellent job in his defense of the Second Amendment.

Case in point: Hogg recently took to Twitter to spew some more leftist gibberish, this time taking aim at “stand your ground” laws.

“It’s not stand your ground, it’s permission to kill,” Hogg flippantly remarked on Twitter.

I could go into how wrong Hogg is and how “stand your ground” is a law codifying an American’s God-given right to protect their family and loved ones. But I’ll let Kashuv take this roast.

Do you agree with Kyle Kashuv's support of the Second Amendment?

“Stand your ground is a right where a person may defend one’s self and his or her family against threats by applying lethal force, regardless of whether safely retreating from the situation might have been possible,” Kashuv retorted on Twitter.

Just in case that was a tad bit too much for Hogg’s mental capacity, Kashuv summed it up rather succinctly.

“Don’t threaten people or break into houses. It’s simple,” Kashuv stated.

Frankly, it really is that simple. Don’t road rage, don’t threaten someone, don’t try to steal something, and the “stand your ground” laws will have no effect on you.

To add insult to injury, Kashuv stuck it to Hogg one more time.

And when another Twitter user suggested that Hogg and Kashuv debate, the latter once again threw down the gauntlet.

“Any day. Any time,” Kashuv said in response to a potential debate.

Of note, Hogg never responded to Kashuv. Frankly, he doesn’t really have a response.

Hogg continues to insist on parroting tired and misleading leftist narratives. Kashuv deals primarily with facts and definitions. Facts versus feelings wouldn’t really make for an interesting debate.
