Hilarious Moment Clumsy Lion Falls into Pond Caught on Camera
Lions are fierce creatures. They are, without a doubt, the fiercest creatures on their turf.
These menacing animals defend their pride’s territory, roaring to get intruders off their land.
Their manes alone are enough to warn us that messing with the ‘king of the jungle’ is something we definitely do not want to do.
But despite these facts, that didn’t stop two lions from acting completely like humans in a clumsy situation.
Two male lions were walking along a cement edge in a zoo in Germany, hanging out by the water’s edge.
Both lions appeared as if they were friends just having a casual conversation as they took a walk. Viewers could imagine the two just laughing at a funny joke together or telling a story.
As both lions convened and turned around together, still walking along rather close to the water’s edge.
On the right, one lion began to gaze out into the distance, staying aware of his surroundings.
Yet, unbeknownst to him, his feet suddenly got a little too close to the cement edge.
He took three steps, but on his fourth step, his paw missed the edge.
His reaction was hilariously human as he quickly looked down in panic and tried to prop himself back up on the side of the cement wall.
Yet, to his dismay, he toppled into the water, creating a huge splash.
His lion friend walked up to the edge, looking down in alarm to see if his friend is okay.
The water-soaked lion swam to the muddy shore to get back on land, paddling his way through with just his face sticking out of the water.
His friend, meanwhile, followed along the edge, checking that his friend would make it to the shore safe and sound.
When the drenched lion reached solid ground, he finally propped himself up, looking annoyed by his soaked fur that he would have to dry.
What a lighthearted reminder that even the fiercest creatures have clumsy days!
