Elon Musk Outlines Doomsday Scenario If Democrats Regain Power: 'It Would Be Game Over for America'
Election Day will soon be upon us, and Elon Musk voiced his concerns Friday about the future if Democrats walk away with a victory on Tuesday.
Looking at the landscape of Congress, it’s easy to see why these midterms are a nail-biter for anyone concerned about the left’s policies. Republicans currently hold both the Senate and the House, but it’s by no means guaranteed it will stay that way.
Musk addressed not just the possible outcome on Tuesday, but also the upcoming 2028 presidential election.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Musk then urged readers to vote Republican in the midterms.

Musk then followed up with an uncomfortable one-line post.
“It would be game over for America.”
It would be game over for America

It’s hard to argue with that bleak future should things go poorly.
The Democratic Party of 2026 — and the future version of the party, given its current trajectory — does not simply have a policy agenda it wishes to achieve.
It has a structural agenda that will foundationally change how this country operates.
The 2024 Democrat Party platform calls for Musk’s first point. “Democrats reject the unequal treatment of residents of D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. territories. We unequivocally support statehood for D.C.,” it reads, adding that they “promote full civic and political representation for Puerto Ricans.”
In other words, they support more Democrats in Congress.

Open borders and illegal immigration do not need much explanation.
We’ve seen this party shamelessly allow anyone into this country while removing safeguards to allow them to vote.
In August, The Hill reported that South Carolina Democratic Rep. James Clyburn said 13 Supreme Court justices was a “pretty good number,” which would effectively shift the court in his party’s favor should that happen under a Democratic president.
Making the highest court in the land a tool of their party carries massive implications for removing critical checks and balances.
Musk is right. The stakes are high.
If these initiatives are pushed through, there won’t be an election in which the right can turn things around.
Again, these are structural changes we cannot undo.
