The documents show that approximately more than 4,000 federal-only ballots were counted without requiring proof of U.S. citizenship.

"Because no one else has ever complained about electoral fraud ever before in the history of democracy," Brand noted sarcastically.

"I stand on the side of every single voter. You should not ever be disenfranchised because election officials violate the law.”

Following a controversial audit in Arizona conducted by Cyber Ninjas, a judge has handed down a hefty fine to the Florida-based firm. 

GOP Rep. Andy Biggs pushed Maricopa County officials for answers as to why files were deleted from election servers.
