Almost two years after NBC kicked former 'Today' show host Matt Lauer to the curb amid allegations of sexual harassment, the disgraced former celebrity is fighting back.

In November 2017, NBC fired the 'Today' show host over multiple claims of sexual harassment.

The ACLU claims that a vote for Kavanaugh 'is a vote that tells survivors their experiences can be disregarded if they inconvenience their powerful abusers.'
