Ford's Best Friend Meets with FBI, Drives Final Nail into Accuser Testimony's Coffin
Christine Ford’s allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh have once again been blown apart, this time by her high school friend, Leland Keyser, who told the FBI that she has no knowledge of the alleged assault.
Keyser, who was Ford’s friend in high school, was one of the few witnesses Ford identified as being at the party in the early 1980s where Ford claimed Kavanaugh attempted to grope her and remove her clothing against her will.
Like all of the other witnesses named by Ford as having been at the party, Keyser wasn’t able to corroborate any of Ford’s allegations.
The Senate Judiciary Committee had already reached out to Keyser and her lawyer, Howard Walsh, who said his client had very little to say on the matter.
“Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” Walsh said, according to CNN.
The fact that Ford’s friend is unable to back her claims whatsoever doesn’t bode well at all for her accusation.
But Ford’s lawyer, Debra Katz, tried to downplay the significance of Keyser’s statement.
“It’s not surprising that Ms. Keyser has no recollection of the evening as they did not discuss it,” Katz said.
“Dr. Ford, of course, will never forget this gathering because of what happened to her there,” she added.
That’s ironic, considering Ford has forgotten almost every other detail of the gathering.
Ford also had an excuse for Keyser which she gave during her testimony last Thursday.
“Leland has significant health challenges, and I am happy that she is focusing on herself,” Ford said.
Ford also said that Keyser apologized to her.
“She texted me right afterward with an apology and good wishes,” she said.

It looks like Ford is going to have to receive another apology text from Keyser, because her story has remained consistent — she didn’t know Kavanaugh and she wasn’t at the party Ford has described.
After President Donald Trump ordered an FBI investigation into Ford’s claims, Keyser’s lawyer reiterated Keyser’s previous statement, according to The Washington Times.
“As my client has already made clear, she does not know Judge Kavanaugh and has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.”
Keyser’s lawyer repeated the same statement once again to the FBI.
In total, Keyser has repeated the same exact story three times despite Ford claiming her old friend sent an “apology.”
With Keyser’s statements already given to the FBI, it looks doubtful that anybody will be able to corroborate Ford’s allegations.
