Trump Turned to Acosta in the Middle of a White House Interview and Uttered 4 Devastating Words

Share

If he weren’t such a cocky, smug and arrogant excuse of a “journalist,” you’d almost feel bad for CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta.

Almost.

As it stands, it’s hard to drum up too much sympathy for Acosta, who has become a figurative punching bag for anyone who’s not a brainwashed leftist. It’s bad enough that virtual voice assistant Alexa even saw fit to roast the man.

But it’s not as if Acosta’s detractors have nothing to stand on.

The man is a joke and a stain on professional journalists everywhere. Being as fair as I can be, Acosta may not be “fake news” in the most literal sense, but the extent of his qualifications seems to be that he is capable of aggravating anyone around him.

If that’s all CNN is looking for in a White House correspondent, I’ll gladly fill that role for a fraction of the price.

But in all seriousness, Acosta has lately become more than just a parody of a journalist. He’s become destructive to his own leftist narratives.

Acosta was recently taken to task for one of the worst videos he could’ve possibly posted. He stood in front of a steel slat border and claimed that he saw no signs of unrest or danger… inadvertently proving Trump’s entire point of wanting a border wall.

Do you think Acosta deserves the scorn he has received?

So yes, it’s safe to say that Acosta deserves all of the scorn thrown in his direction.

The most recent example of that scorn comes in the form of the president himself.

It only took Trump four simple words to devastate Acosta, and it all stemmed from that dumb video that Acosta decided to post himself.

“Some people are dumb,” Trump uttered, burning Acosta to a crisp.

Of course, Trump needled Acosta before that as well, actually thanking Acosta for that video at the wall.

“Good job yesterday. I appreciate your salesmanship. I appreciate your salesmanship,” Trump said.

As obnoxious and unbearable as he is, I’d like to think all conservatives have some sliver of appreciation for Acosta. His idiocy may very well be the best possible example of all that is wrong with the far left.
