Fact Check: Did JD Vance Have River Water Level Raised to 'Improve Kayaking Conditions'?

It’s a story that both the establishment media and social media bit on. But was it factual?

Earlier this week, multiple outlets reported that, during a kayaking trip on the Little Miami River in Ohio, Vice President J.D. Vance had the Army Corps of Engineers raise the water level by changing the outflow from a lake.
