Horse Makes Friends with Unicorn, Until Owner Takes Off Mask and Sends Him Running
Animals are wonderful. They come in a range of shapes, sizes and types. Feathered, furred or scaled, there’s something out there that could make a good friend.
Some animals are more “intelligent” than others — meaning, we recognize their actions as more humanlike than those of other animals.
Your dog may not be able to solve difficult math problems or speak different languages, but he knows when things are, well, off.
That’s the heart of the challenge that’s been sweeping the internet, where owners hide behind a lifted blanket, then disappear around a doorway as they drop the blanket.
The dog knows you’re there, but then when you suddenly vanish, they’re not quite sure what to do. They know people don’t just disappear like that, and watching them try to puzzle it out is amusing and adorable.
Dogs may be one of the most common and recognized animals in our daily lives, but they’re not the only ones who know what’s what.
Take this cockatoo, for example. It seems quite content until its owner vanishes, and then it loses its mind.
The larger the animal, though, the larger the reaction.
You’ve probably seen those rubber horse masks before, right? They’re unsettling with their open mouths and glazed-over eyes. But people think they’re hilarious and they’re still popular items.
It was only a matter of time before someone decided to try it out around a real horse.
Horses are majestic creatures. We think of them as graceful and noble — and they are, but at some point, they’re also very large chickens.
A bag blowing in the wind? Run away! A new trash can in a place that had no trash can before? It’s the end of the world!
But this one takes the cake. Some pranky person decided to have a little fun with a horse and a unicorn mask. At first, all seems to be going well, with the large white horse snuffling at the unicorn mask in an inquisitive and friendly manner.
But then the mask is peeled back to reveal: a HUMAN! The horse tosses its head and spins, snorting and swishing its tail.
It’s almost like it had a momentary freak-out and then was like “okay guys, REAL funny.” Hopefully, it got a few carrots afterward as reassurance, but the reaction has people in stitches!
