MSNBC Host Blasts Melania, Reveals Just How Sexist the Media Really Is
I hate feeding into the leftist frenzy of labeling everything some sort of “ism,” whether it’s sexism, racism or whatever else their gripe of the month might be, but sometimes you just have to call out hypocrisy.
It’s hard not to call out the utter absurdity of the left, especially when it comes to issues of “tolerance” and “equality,” which they’re always harping on about.
Take, for example, some of the things that the left has labeled “sexist” in 2018 alone.
Air conditioning, iPhones and McDonald’s Happy Meals have all been slammed as “sexist” in the last four months alone.
Obviously, those are all farcical claims and anyone with a shred of common sense can see that.
But you know what is actually “sexist”? Reducing a female’s value solely based on who she has married.
And yet, where is the outcry from the left over MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell’s latest Twitter comments slamming first lady Melania Trump?
Oh, that’s right. O’Donnell is on the left and the left is far too cowardly to ever call out their own.
“The only thing you need to know about Melania is… she’s a Trump,” O’Donnell tweeted. “A Trump by choice.”
The only thing you need to know about Melania is …
she’s a Trump.
A Trump by choice.

There was some backlash to O’Donnell’s comments, but nothing compared to if a Fox News host were to post that the only thing you need to know about Michelle is that she’s an Obama by choice.
How patriarchal to define a woman only by the man she’s married to. https://t.co/jYFyyvI4oT

Melania getting attacked from the left, oftentimes seemingly just for being married to Donald Trump, is hardly anything new.
Even given that extremely low bar, O’Donnell’s comments are tasteless at best and misogynistic at worst.
Melania Trump has, in fact, done more than simply be married to Donald. When she’s not making magic for young children, she’s honoring this country’s past presidents and working on her anti-bullying platform.
To flippantly dismiss as her “a Trump” is, frankly, a slap in the face.
The left should condemn O’Donnell’s comments in the harshest of terms, both for the hypocrisy and inherent sexism of the attack. I’m not going to hold my breath.
