Musk Gets the Last Word on X After the Hit-Piece Documentary Attacking Him Goes Down in Flames as 'Unmitigated Flop'
The question about the 225-minute documentary on Elon Musk was never whether liberals could go on forever trashing the tech guru.
The question was whether anyone other than the left-wing fringe cared to watch it.
That question was answered as moviegoers responded with a show of profound indifference to the documentary “Musk,” leading to an early exit from the theaters that screened it.
“Go woke, go broke (yet again),” Musk posted on X.

As noted by Showbiz 411, 472 theaters screened the documentary, which was meant to find any number of bad things to say about Musk and then say them at length.

“And now… it’s gone from almost every theater in America,” the site reported.
“You can still find it in one or two odd places that didn’t get the memo. And even it’s one showing a day at an odd time, like 10 am,” the site noted.

The website Gizmodo noted that film critics loved the movie.
“But ‘Musk’s’ wider-debut was an unmitigated flop netting a paltry $614 per screen, for an abysmal second weekend total of $290,000,” the site noted.

Overall, the movie made $571,902.
So the @elonmusk documentary was pulled from theaters after Americans refused to watch the slander and lies.
This is the way!

The site noted that “getting pulled after only two weeks would be a rare occurrence, but not the most far-fetched or unreasonable decision, particularly given its lackluster performance and that massive run time cannibalizing its own profit potential or that of a film that could screen in its stead.”
Musk was never a fan of the hit job, called director Alex Gibney “a horrible human,” and said it was made by people “with an axe to grind,” according to Mashable.
