We can think of some pretty clear examples of the first. When your kid spills milk, when you got angry at your spouse over something minor, when you were going five over the speed limit in a 45 and you were in a hurry and the officer needs his monthly quota, but c’mon. (I don’t speak from experience here. Really.)
