Trump Announces Russia Collusion '100%' Real, But It Came from Clinton Camp

Share

Almost from the moment he shockingly defeated failed Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, many on the left have insisted — with no substantial evidence — that President Donald Trump “colluded” and conspired with the Russian government to “steal” the election away from its rightful winner, Clinton.

Trump has of course denied such a thing ever occurred and has consistently pushed back on the incessant liberal media narrative of such and the Robert Mueller special counsel probe that is investigating the liberal conspiracy theory, and did so again with a couple of tweets on Monday, according to Newsmax.

The tweets from Trump, which cited quotes from conservative pundit Dan Bongino, acknowledged the existence of actual Russian collusion as being “very real,” but asserted the collusion was “100%” on the part of Clinton and the Democrats, not his own campaign.

Trump tweeted, “’Collusion with Russia was very real. Hillary Clinton and her team 100% colluded with the Russians, and so did Adam Schiff who is on tape trying to collude with what he thought was Russians to obtain compromising material on DJT. We also know that Hillary Clinton paid through….”

That tweet was quickly followed by another which finished the quote from Bongino and offered up a remark that implied there is big news to the same effect that will be released to the public shortly by virtue of another inspector general report.

Trump tweeted, “….a law firm, eventually Kremlin connected sources, to gather info on Donald Trump. Collusion is very real with Russia, but only with Hillary and the Democrats, and we should demand a full investigation.’ Dan Bongino on [Fox and Friends] Looking forward to the new IG Report!”

What Bongino and those tweets were referring to is the provable fact that Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the Democratic National Committee and perhaps even elements of the Obama administration had paid millions of dollars to a law firm — Perkins Coie — who in turn hired political opposition research firm Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump during the 2016 campaign.

Are you ready for this "Russian collusion" narrative by the liberal media to be disproven?

Fusion GPS had hired an ex-British intelligence agent named Christopher Steele to compile the now-infamous “dossier” — a collection of unsubstantiated memos which set forth “salacious and unverified” accusations against Trump and his associates, provided by Russian sources — that was in turn used by the FBI to launch an investigation and by the liberal media to malign and smear Trump as supposedly being in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s pocket.

Bongino and the tweets also referred to top House Democrat Adam Schiff, ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, who is on tape discussing during a phone call the provision of supposed “compromising” dirt on Trump from someone who turned out to be a Russian comedian.

That tape of Schiff seeking information from a person who Schiff thought was a Ukrainian official with Russian dirt on Trump turned out to be a hoax and prank, but Schiff didn’t know that at the time. In all seriousness he attempted to “collude” with the alleged informant to obtain the “kompromat,” or compromising information (nude photos) that would prove damaging to Trump.

How, pray tell, is Schiff’s phone call about obtaining dirt from Russians on Trump any different, better or worse than the infamous “Trump Tower meeting” between Trump Jr. and a Russian attorney — who has connections to Fusion GPS, by the way — about supposed Russian dirt on Clinton that was in fact never provided?

Democrats and the media won’t stop talking about the Trump Tower meeting, but conveniently go silent with regard to Schiff’s phone call.

As for Trump’s allusion to an upcoming inspector general report, it is unclear when that will be released. But it is purported to dive deep into the FBI’s usage of the Fusion GPS — and therefore Clinton- and Democrat-funded — anti-Trump dossier as the basis for a FISA warrant to spy on a marginal Trump campaign adviser — Carter Page — and by extension all who associated with him, meaning the virtual entirety of the campaign.

The liberal media and Democrats can continue to assert with no proof that Trump colluded with Russians to “steal” the 2016 election from Clinton, but actual evidence is mounting that it was Clinton and the Democrats who in fact colluded with the Russians to smear Trump and “steal” the election away from him.
