Without experiencing the actual process firsthand, the most we can understand that this is simply a painful and beautiful experience for families.

But one Florida woman, according to ClickOrlando, took this joy and nervousness and channeled it into a whole different level that we can only watch with wonder and amazement.

Just as Alicia Exantus and her husband, Miller, were about to face a 30-hour labor, this momma decided to kick off the party with the “Baby Mama Dance.”

As the song starts, Alicia moves towards the camera in the middle of the hallway rubbing her belly and exuding joy and laughter.

Soon after, her husband Miller springs into the hallway to join her, showing off his dance moves and his excitement for their new baby.

The hospital staff continues to join in on the dancing before they all partake in the miracle that is childbirth.

The couple went on to welcome their new baby girl named Tatum on Thursday, August 2.
