Woman Uploads Sheep Farmer Dad's 'Selfies' & the Result Gains Internet Fame

Share

Everyone loves a good selfie. It is the perfect way to capture a moment with your smiling face.

While you may have attempted a selfie shot, the results are not always what you imagined they would be.

The perfect selfie takes some practice and a masterful eye. If you haven’t taken one yet, you may be able to gain some valuable tips from this unlikely selfie star.

Lance Partridge is an Australian sheep farmer that has gained some notoriety from nothing other than his selfies, according to Bored Panda.

Partridge’s daughter taught him everything he needed to know to capture that coveted selfie photo, and the results are blowing up the internet.

Partridge took his selfie skills to the place he knows best – his farm.

With a collection of adorable animals that obviously love being in the spotlight, Partridge has captured the heart and soul of the internet with a range of selfies showing them together.

The farmer has snapped selfies of his cherished dogs, and of course, there is a sheep too.

Partridge, who isn’t all too interested in social media, had his daughter’s helping hand to share his selfies on Facebook.

“I don’t even know how to use Facebook, let alone how to like something,” Partridge told The Land.

Have you ever taken a selfie?

“My daughter uploaded the photo onto Facebook and then it started being shared,” he added.

Fans and followers have remarked on the incredible photography skills Partridge possesses.

The dogs obviously love Partridge as they are pictured in sweet poses showing their absolute adoration for the man.

The sheep shouldn’t be forgotten as Partridge was able to highlight the animals with incredible accuracy and light.

The total purity of the photos really capture the life of Partridge and show how much he loves what he does.

In an ironic twist, Partridge revealed he only took the selfies because he wanted to document the beard he had worked so hard to grow.

Little did he know that he would soon be famous for taking some candid selfies.

“I am a little embarrassed because there are a lot of people talking about it,” he told The Land.

“I was just taking photos of my beard because I had been playing a hillbilly in a musical society production and my wife wouldn’t let me keep it.

Embarrassed by all the attention he is getting, Partridge told The Land, “I definitely won’t be letting my daughter get my phone again.”

We love these selfies and the moment in time they capture. We certainly hope that Partridge doesn’t give up his photography skills just yet. We want more of these joyful moments!
