Ted Cruz Exposes Woke Coca-Cola's Quiet Deletion of BLM Support from Website Over Pro-Hamas Post

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas is demanding an apology from Coca-Cola for its prior support of the Black Lives Matter movement after the group supported Hamas’ terror attacks against Israeli civilians earlier this month.

Coca-Cola’s support page for the group has been altered in recent days and no longer mentions Black Lives Matter by name.

The company joined in on supporting the neo-Marxist group in the spring and summer of 2020 along with much of corporate America.

Numerous Black Lives Matter pages put their full support behind Hamas following the murders, rapes and kidnappings of Israelis on Oct. 7.

In a since-deleted post on X, BLM Chicago shared a graphic of a Hamas militant presumably parachuting to butcher Jewish civilians. The image was captioned “I STAND WITH PALESTINE” and the group wrote, “That is all that it is!”

On Monday, Cruz called out Coca-Cola not only for stealth editing its social justice page but also demanded an apology from the company.

“CAUGHT RED-HANDED. @CocaCola deletes its support for BLM,” the Texas Republican posted.

Cruz concluded, “Editing your website is not enough. Americans DEMAND an apology.”

Prior to the attacks against Israel and to Black Lives Matter’s support online of them, Coca-Cola explicitly mentioned the group on its website.

An excerpt on one page for its charitable contributions read:

“In the summer of 2020, Sprite launched ‘The Give Back’ program to support the Black community in the fight against racial injustice and the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The brand also donated $500,000 to the Black Lives Matter Global Network to support the group’s voting education efforts and their February 2021 Black Future Month.”

That excerpt now simply reads:

“In the summer of 2020, Sprite launched ‘The Give Back’ program to support the Black community in the fight against racial injustice and the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Coca-Cola has not publicly commented on the deletion of the line nor its prior donation to Black Lives Matter.
