Amazon Delivery Guy Caught Hiding Packages from Home Owner’s Husband

Share

Online shopping is one of the best ways to get something fast. It has become so popular, that it now has its own day for Christmas shopping.

I love taking advantage of the easy process of online shopping. If there’s something I need (or want), I usually check online before I check any stores. It’s my go-to for gifts for others and occasionally myself.

While I enjoy the convenience of online shopping, Vanessa O’Shea from Haslet, Texas, seems to enjoy it more.

A few weeks ago, O’Shea bought a doormat with the phrase “Please hide packages from husband” written on it as a joke. She put it in front of her door, thinking nothing more of it.

But when she had another package delivered, the Amazon delivery man decided to grant her request.

He was about to set the package down in front of the front door when he caught a glimpse of her doormat. After reading the message, he turned and looked for a place to hide the package.

He eventually settled on placing it behind a porch chair instead and left to continue his delivery route.

While it seemed like O’Shea got away with it, her husband soon received a notification that someone was at their home.

“My husband and I were at dinner when he got the notification that someone was at our front door. At least he tried!” O’Shea said.

Her husband thought the mat and the delivery man hiding packages was funny, and they both decided to take a look at their security footage.

The couple enjoyed watching the footage and laughed at the moment together.

O’Shea posted the video on Facebook, giving a shout out to Amazon for “always being loyal and hiding my packages.”

O’Shea and her husband hope to get in touch with their loyal delivery man soon.
