Dog Owner Only Has To Say One Word To Leave Grumpy Jack Russel Screaming in Total Fit of Rage

Share

We all have pet peeves, right? Things that really get under our skin, move us to hide under a pillow, or camp out in the closet perhaps?

Whether it’s nails on a chalkboard, certain words, or even particular smells, each and every one of us can name at least one thing that sends our teeth into a grind.

Things that have us either covering our ears, running for the hills, or showing our irritation in full force.

Animals certainly aren’t immune to “pet” peeves. I’ve seen a dog or two react with barks and growls when it comes to people or even other animals they just don’t like.

Some animal reactions are downright hilarious. Just think of Dug from the Disney/Pixar movie “Up.”

One minute he’s happy and wagging his tail, full of life and energy and spark. But the next second he’s completely sidetracked by one thought and one thought alone.

If you haven’t seen the film, I’ll spoil it for you. Dug the talking dog is obsessed with squirrels.

And Dug isn’t the only canine with thoughts of the squirrel variety. A viral video of a Jack Russell Terrier has received quite the viewership  — over 500k on YouTube, to be exact.

And why? Because, for whatever reason, this dog gets his fur in a bunch whenever he hears the mention of squirrels.

Oh my word for that noise! If I hadn’t watched the video, and witnessed this noise was coming from a dog, I might assume this was a chicken on its deathbed.

His owner seems to get a kick out of it. No wonder he wanted to film his pet’s crazy reaction.

Squirrels are annoying and all, but do they really warrant so much hatred?

I have to wonder how the terrier reacts when he actually sees a squirrel. There’s no question as to why owner kept a tight hold on him during the video!
