Man Pulls Lottery Ticket from Garbage, Discovers It's Worth $200,000

One 18-year-old won a million dollar jackpot with a payout of $1,000 per week for life after buying a bottle of champagne and her very first lottery ticket to celebrate her birthday.
Another lucky winner took home over $325,000 after winning the lottery three times in the same day.
But other times, lottery winners nearly miss out on their jackpot after failing to cash in on winning tickets. Thankfully, many have realized their mistake just in the nick of time.
One winner’s wife nearly threw away a ticket that ended up winning the jackpot of $2 million.
Another man almost did the same with his $50,000 winning ticket after a store clerk told him it couldn’t be cashed. Thankfully, after 10 days, he found out the clerk couldn’t cash it because he’d won so much.
One Louisiana man has certainly learned to always check those tickets twice after winning $200,000 from a Make My Year lottery ticket.
Bryan Cureington and his family didn’t give much thought to their losing $10 lottery ticket that they’d purchased at the local Muse Food Mart.
The chances seemed so slim that no one was shocked when it wasn’t a winner.
But when Bryan went to take out the trash, he decided to take another look at the ticket.
And it was certainly a good thing that he did. The ticket had won one of the game’s top four prizes.
After taxes, Bryan will take home a whopping $142,000.
