Candid: Kid Gives Country Concert to Imaginary Crowd
With all the awful news pouring into our TV sets and Facebook feeds, sometimes you need a moment to reflect on how many positive moments happen everyday.
This is one of those moments.
Uwe Curley’s young son, Jackson, loves country music. I mean, he loves country music.
In a video published on Nov. 27 last year by his dad, Jackson can be seen performing a little concert in his backyard to a completely sold-out stadium — entirely imaginary.
I have no idea what song he’s singing — but I don’t have to. It’s what is in his heart that’s shining through.
Imaginary or not, the video has generated some major love, and for good reason, too!
I mean, when was the last time you saw something this cute?
The kid has more “It” factor going on with his hat than I do from head to toe.
Little Jackson might have had a blast performing to an imaginary crowd in the backyard, but now his audience is bigger than he would have reached if he had gone on a world tour.
The video shown above has over 32,000,000 views since its late November publication.
That’s some serious fan adoration!
When the denizens of the internet respond in a unified, overwhelmingly positive voice, you gotta be doing something right.
“So cute, the way a star is born,” wrote one happy commenter.
“Love this little child!” wrote another.
Another of this little boy’s performances, published in December, has already pulled in nearly another 8,000,000 views.
That one is him doing a little Toby Keith, according to Uwe.
Take a moment and pass this along to someone who needs a little light in their day.
