Police officers encounter all kinds of odd circumstances every day, but even for cops, this was weird.
An officer in Webster, New York, found himself in an unusual situation when a group of goats descended on his cruiser last week.

Believe it or not, this was not the first time a police officer encountered some goats roaming far from home.
A police officer in Belfast, Maine, came across two lost goats on April 23. Sgt. Daniel Fitzpatrick treated the goats to a ride around the neighborhood while attempting to locate their home.
The Belfast Police Department posted about the goats on the Facebook page, hoping word would reach the owners.
The post said the goats were currently in Fitzpatrick’s cruiser, serenading him.
“Though he is thankful for the company on this cool Sunday morning, he would gladly return them to their owners. He is running out of vegetables to feed them,” the post read.

The message worked and the owner was reunited with the goats that afternoon.

A Massachusetts officer also ran into some curious goats last September, according to WBZ.
