Mom Speaks Out After 2 Dogs Bite Off Toddler's Arm [Retracted]
RETRACTION, April 25, 2019: After several readers informed us that Hope Brown’s Facebook post contradicted information her husband had released as well as the bite report from Davis County Animal Control, we noted that she had either deleted her post or made it private. As a result, The Western Journal finds itself unable to make a clear determination of where the truth lies with regard to her claims and the other details of this story, which is tragic regardless of the answers to those questions.
Because of that, and the fact that we do not wish to speculate — particularly where serious injuries to a child are involved — we decided to retract the article in full. We may follow up with additional reporting as the situation becomes more clear.
